All services are subject to WMTR Ltd's full Terms and Conditions, available on request.

Jurisdiction: All contracts are governed by English law under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Liability is strictly limited to the intrinsic value of the tested material.

Standard payment terms: 30 days net. Late payments subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Intellectual property remains with WMTR Ltd until full payment is received.

Reports may not be reproduced in part without written approval from WMTR Ltd.

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Clients must disclose export-controlled or ITAR-restricted materials in advance.

We adhere to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and expect clients to uphold the same standards.

We reject the use of conflict minerals and promote responsible sourcing practices.
